The Oscar Apartments, a 240-unit complex in Sheboygan developed by Green Street Real Estate Ventures, is welcoming its first residents on November 1. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held, signaling the completion of the first phase. Pre-leasing started the previous month, and the rest of the first building is expected to be move-in ready by the end of November. Two more buildings on the 17.5-acre mixed-use development site will be completed by January and March 2022, respectively. Additionally, the site will feature a new Kwik Trip and a 1.5-acre lot that has yet to be claimed.
