Gerard Hollins Jr., former St. Louis County director of revenue, has joined Green Street Real Estate Ventures as the director of strategy and development. In this newly created role, Hollins will identify new development opportunities, economic incentives, government relations, and strategic real estate planning for Green Street and its affiliates. He brings valuable experience from both the private and public sectors. During his tenure as director of revenue, he managed a significant department responsible for collecting taxes and fees, overseeing property assessments, and more. His background will support Green Street’s nationwide expansion efforts, fostering new relationships and community development.
