Seoul Taco, known for Korean-Mexican fusion dishes, is set to open a new location in The Grove, St. Louis, inside the Chroma luxury apartment building. This marks the fourth outpost of the popular fast-casual restaurant in Missouri. The menu features items like Bulgogi Steak Tacos and Spicy Pork Gogi Bowl, with new additions like Gogi & Waffles. Owner David Choi aims to stay connected to St. Louis roots while expanding the brand. Seoul Taco originally started as a food truck in St. Louis and has since grown with locations in Columbia, Missouri, Chicago, and more planned openings in the Chicagoland area.
