Green Street Real Estate Ventures underwent a remarkable transformation, converting a 90-year-old industrial building in Forest Park Southeast into a versatile mixed-use project. Originally designed as an entertainment destination, the project adapted during the pandemic, focusing on becoming a central office space for Green Street’s array of companies. This 40,000-square-foot facility now accommodates six affiliated firms, including Green Street Real Estate Ventures and Green Street Building Group. Additionally, the complex includes the Bar K establishment, which encompasses a bar, restaurant, and event space, complete with a 2-acre dog park, pet adoption, and educational facility in collaboration with Purina, along with Stay@Bar K, a daycare and grooming facility in partnership with Kennelwood. This innovative $21 million project at a historic industrial site has garnered recognition at the Commercial Real Estate Awards 2022.
