A $60 million entertainment complex, Armory STL, is set to open within Midtown St. Louis’ historic Armory building later this year. Green Street Real Estate Ventures is collaborating with entertainment experts Jacob Miller and Chris Honstain on this ambitious project. Armory STL, once home to the 138th Infantry and a renowned tennis venue featuring legends like Arthur Ashe, will be transformed into a versatile entertainment destination. The first phase is slated for late 2022, housing six unique venues, with specific concepts yet to be revealed. Brick + Bev aims to revolutionize the entertainment and hospitality industry, offering a diverse range of services and experiences to St. Louis residents.
