Development firm Green Street is planning to move its headquarters from Clayton to a new location near The Grove neighborhood in St. Louis. The new office will be situated at 4565 McRee Ave., part of a $20 million redevelopment project that includes a dog park and entertainment facility called Bar K. This move will involve Green Street combining offices with HDA Architects, a firm it acquired last year. The combined offices will occupy approximately 31,000 square feet in the building. The project is expected to be completed by October.
