Tim Brinker, Superintendent for Green Street Construction, was struck by a hit and run driver while helping a stopped vehicle. He sustained numerous injuries resulting in multiple surgeries. Unfortunately, the doctors had to amputate his right leg. After a long stay in the hospital and some time in a physical rehabilitation center, Tim is home and his attitude is amazing! His leg needs to fully heal from surgery before he can be fitted for a prosthetic and is wheel chair bound until then.
As you can imagine, the above comes with outrageous medical bills. With even the best of insurance, not all of Tim’s expenses will be covered. In addition, Tim wants to return to work and will need an advanced prosthetic and potential truck modifications to make that possible.
