Olive + Oak, a highly successful restaurant in Webster Groves, is expanding into a larger 20,000-square-foot location, housed in the former Auto Beauty Specialists building on Lockwood. This new space will not only accommodate the restaurant but also introduce “Perennial on Lockwood,” a brewpub with small-batch beer brewing and a food menu in partnership with Perennial. Additionally, an event space capable of seating up to 225 people is planned for weddings and gatherings. While the grand opening wasn’t as expected due to COVID-19, they’re moving forward with curbside service, transitioning to outdoor dining and aiming for a June 3 opening date.
