Green Street, Midas Enterprises, and the Canopy by Hilton join together with plans to develop a massive $119M mixed-use project on the corner of Central Avenue and Forsyth Boulevard in Clayton. The proposed hotel will feature a 5,000SF high end restaurant, an 8,500SF rooftop bar, a 4,500SF jazz club, event space, and a parking garage.
