The City of Brentwood enters its second century as a thriving community. With an eye on continued progress and building a bright future for its citizens, the Board of Aldermen approved the Brentwood Bound Plan in May 2017 to revitalize the Manchester Road corridor. Key to its success, the plan includes $103M to include flood mitigation, Manchester Road improvements, greenway connector, a new Brentwood Park, and public infrastructure upgrades.  Green Street Real Estate Ventures was chosen as the Developer of Record in September 2022 to create a 40+ acre Mixed-Use Master Planned Development.
