Inside a former Pillsbury bakery building in north St. Louis County, Green Street helped a local food production company consolidate their efforts and move their business forward. The existing food-grade facility simplified the process for Arcobasso and Nature’s Bakery to move in, and reduced the downtime before putting production into full swing.

Combining efforts

Part of the way we move beyond traditional real estate is helping companies plan for their futures. After working with Arcobasso to utilize part of this location in the past, they still had additional locations offsite to handle other aspects of their food manufacturing business. The location had already served them well, but still offered untapped advantages to their company.

Driving success

Alongside working with Arcobasso to take advantage of this large location, we worked with Nature’s Bakery after they won the bid to purchase Theodoro’s Bakery at this location. We helped them expand into another part of the building that was primed and ready with existing 40’ ceilings, leveling dock doors and quick access to Interstates 270, 170 and 70 for shipping. Instead of multiple locations across St. Louis, we were able to help them consolidate their efforts to a single location, one that’s ready for their future growth.
