Located at the eastern edge of the vibrant Grove neighborhood at the intersection of Vandeventer Avenue and Sarah Street, the ground up development is just blocks away from the region’s employment and medical/research hub which includes the Cortex Innovation District, Washington University/BJC medical campus, St. Louis University and SSM/St. Louis University medical centers, the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and Shriner’s Hospital.

Hue includes a 111-unit residential building consisting of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom options, as well as an outdoor patio and club room. Hue residents will have full access to all of the upscale amenities provided through its sister property, Chroma-a resort-inspired pool and courtyard, fitness center and studio, business center, and dog park. Street level retail tenants include Chao Baan, Salon Lofts, Seoul Taco, Takashima Record bar and Sweetwaters Café. We are especially proud of Hue’s exterior mural created by On The Wall Productions.
