Rodney serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Green Street Real Estate Ventures (“Green Street”).
Rodney is an accomplished, results driven, versatile professional with a diverse skill set and extensive experience in all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, staff retention leadership development, mentoring and conflict resolution. Proven experience collaborating with Senior Human Resources leaders and Executives to conduct human resource strategic planning in order to support and further corporate goals. Excellent communicator able to build long-lasting relationships both internally and externally through effective presentation skills while focusing on the needs of customers and staff members.
Prior to joining Green Street, Rodney held positions at both SSM and Ascension Health in numerous HR management roles. In his most recent position as the Market HR Director for St. Joseph Hospital – St. Charles, Lake St. Louis and Wentzville, Rodney provided direct oversight to all HR functions for 1400 employees at SSM Health St. Joseph St. Charles Health Center, 1200 employees at SSM Health St. Joseph Lake St. Louis Hospital and 300 employees at SSM Health St. Joseph Wentzville.
