Senior Vice President, Development
Nicole Blumner joined Green Street as Vice President of Development in 2016. With over 15 years of experience in real estate development, finance and urban planning, Nicole enhances Green Street’s ability to structure, evaluate and execute complex development projects on behalf of our principals, entities and investors.
Prior to joining Green Street, Nicole served as Assistant Director of Project Management at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation, where she managed a team responsible for structuring, underwriting and closing $350M annually of New Markets and Historic Tax Credit investments. Nicole also managed the bank’s proprietary New Markets Tax Credit allocation, successfully competing for $220M in awards, all while closing $550M in tax credit investments. She previously held management positions in both private and public finance and urban development organizations, including McCormack Baron Salazar and the St. Louis Development Corporation.
Nicole was a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellow in Berlin, Germany and earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Yale University and an MBA and Masters in Regional Planning from Cornell University.
