As the Vice President of Marketing for Green Street St. Louis (Green Street), Liz plays a number of roles. She leads Green Street’s marketing efforts, making sure both the projects and organization as a whole are receiving abundant and positive promotion and exposure. Liz also recruits and manages a multitude of investors for Green Street’s diverse portfolio of development projects. Using her brokerage background, Liz manages Green Street’s relationships with outside brokers and leads the charge in recruiting retail tenants to many of our mixed-use developments, including CHROMA, located within The Grove. Liz offers her professional advice and expertise as Green Street routinely negotiates opportunities and challenges with their unique and multifaceted development projects.
