JGB Enterprises, a hose supplier for heavy industrial users, has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet at the former Carondelet Coke Corp. site in south St. Louis city. This marks the first tenant announced for River City Business Park, an industrial park planned by Green Street on the former Carondelet Coke Corp. plant site. The lease details have not been disclosed. River City Business Park is expected to consist of five buildings across 725,000 square feet with light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and office/flex capabilities. The project is expected to cost at least $69 million.
