Green Street STL attended the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) RECON event in Las Vegas this May. RECON is the global convention for the shopping center industry and provides networking, deal making and educational opportunities for retail real estate professionals from around the world. Over 36,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors take part in this annual event in Las Vegas. Phil Hulse, Managing Principal, and Brian Pratt, Executive Vice President of Real Estate Operations, were present to network and introduce retail opportunities currently available within Green Street’s portfolio.
