This move positions Avatara as the lead tenant for the office building renovation project at 2351 Market, the former Wells Fargo building at the prominent intersection of Jefferson and Market in St. Louis. Green Street’s plans include integrating sustainable features into the renovation to transform the building into a modern, Class A office space. The project will also feature a welcoming sculpture, exterior canopies offering views of the Arch, and outdoor seating for employees and visitors. The 85,000 square foot building offers flexible office layouts and ample surface parking, with approximately 55,000 square feet still available for lease.
