A worn out industrial building in St. Louis County is being given new life. Green Street St. Louis purchased the former Greif-St. Louis production facility at 2391 Cassens located in Fenton, MO in July. With American Builders and Contractors Supply Co. (ABC) as our lead tenant, Green Street is in the process of renovating the building into a state of the art industrial facility with warehousing, crane served space, rail service and outside storage. Now known as Cassens Business Center (CBC), CBC will offer best in class systems including a new 20-year warranty TPO roof, ESFR fire suppression and high efficiency T-5 lighting. Click for brochure
ABC is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other select exterior building products, tools and related supplies. Since their start in 1982, they’ve grown to become a national organization with more than 600 branches and other facilities in 49 states.
