Green Street St. Louis has named commercial real estate veteran Toby Martin its new COO. Martin has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, where he previously served in senior roles at companies such as Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (now Cushman & Wakefield), Duke Realty and NAI DESCO Commercial. He also founded his own real estate investment company, Martin Properties, in 2004.
