The Chouteau’s Grove project in St. Louis’s Grove district is moving forward, with design tweaks and construction progress. The development, a joint project by Green Street and Koman Group, has undergone design changes, reducing the number of apartments from 271 to 236 and parking spaces from 565 to 383. A plaza has been introduced along the southern facade, and Chouteau Avenue will remain open with a one-way section. The parking garage will now be surrounded by apartments, and a second phase is planned for the surface parking lot. The project is set to become a dense urban corner in the Grove, with increased retail and residential space.
