Green Street St. Louis and The Koman Group broke ground in December on their mixed-use development in The Grove at 40001 Chouteau Avenue, where Chouteaut Avenue meets Sarah Street.
The project will include 235+ apartments, 18,000 SF of first floor retail, structured parking and an additional 1.5 acres for future development. Chouteau’s Grove will feature a resort-quality pool, fitness and clubroom amenities, multiple courtyards and mini-parks.
