Green Street excels in its ability to identify and sustainably develop underutilized properties, transforming them into productive environments and ultimately revitalizing the surrounding community. The River City Business Park site formerly housed the Carondelet Coke facility, which was previously one of the largest areas of continuous vacant land in the City of St. Louis.

Now a fully remediated “brownfield” site, the 54-acre River City Business Park provides suburban business park amenities, in an excellent, urban location. The initial structure totaling 125,000 SF was completed in 2016 and is fully leased. Another trio of buildings totaling 460,000 square feet of industrial space were designed by HDA and are currently being constructed.

 

Building 2 will span 160,000 square feet, while Building 3, the largest of the three, will total 200,000 square feet. The smallest of the warehouses, Building 4, will have 100,000 square feet. Each can accommodate either a single tenant or a multitenant configuration.
