Vice President, Development
Nicole Blumner joined Green Street as Vice President of Development in October 2016. With over fifteen (15) years of urban development, finance and community planning experience, Nicole enhances Green Street’s ability to structure, evaluate and execute complex development projects on behalf of our principals, entities and investors.
Nicole comes to Green Street from U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation where she served as an Assistant Director of Project Management. Her duties primarily focused on managing the company’s proprietary New Markets tax credit allocation, as well as the team responsible for structuring, underwriting and closing New Markets and Historic tax credit transactions. Nicole held management positions in both private and public entities focused on finance and urban development including McCormack Baron Salazar and St. Louis Development Corporation. Nicole was selected and served as a fellow with the highly selective Robert Bosch Foundation which took her to Germany for a year of work placements in urban planning and in-depth professional seminars. She received an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Yale University and a MRP and MBA from Cornell University.
